The electrical control system consists of a touch screen, PLC, frequency converter, power supply, and rejection device. The touch screen allows for input of any weight range, enabling sorting settings according to production requirements. It can store up to 20 product production recipes, reducing production downtime when changing product types. Built-in production records allow for detailed recording of the quantity and weight of each grade.
