Equipment selection and environmental adaptation for weight sorting machine:
Confirm the installation environment: The equipment should be installed indoors, avoiding high temperatures, high humidity, vibrations and air flow interference. The ideal working environment is a temperature range of -5℃ to 40℃, and a humidity range of 20% to 90% (without condensation).
Select the appropriate material: The processing environment for poultry meat has high humidity. The equipment must be made of 304 stainless steel and should have excellent waterproof and rust-proof properties.
Ensure protection level: To cope with frequent high-pressure water washing and chemical disinfection, it is recommended that the equipment’s protection level be at least IP65.

Ensure smooth operation without vibration: The machine must be installed on a solid and level concrete surface, and leveled using a level gauge. Use shock-absorbing pads during installation and ensure that no other equipment transmits vibrations through the ground.
Prevent air flow interference: Avoid installing the equipment near air conditioning vents, fans, or windows, and also keep it away from compressed air exhaust ports. All these factors may affect the weighing accuracy.
Ensure proper electrical and grounding: The power supply voltage should be stable, and the equipment must be reliably grounded to prevent electromagnetic interference from affecting the sensor signals.
Debugging and calibration are crucial: After installation, perform the initial calibration using standard weights according to the instructions. Before formal use, it is recommended to conduct online tests with actual products to ensure that the accuracy meets the standards.
